Design

While the final design of the buildings and the materials used to finish them will be decided by the developer and agreed in subsequent planning approvals, this application includes proposals for:

• The scale and layout of the homes – including gardens, driveways, parking spaces etc
• The landscape – trees, gardens and street furniture, such as lighting
• Access – roads, cycle paths, footpaths and entrances/exits into the development from the main road
