Outline agreement update
We have now obtained agreement from the local authority for our outline scheme. This agreement is subject to a legal agreement which will control areas of the final development, such as the delivery of affordable housing.
Proposed development progresses but ESK will be open for the summer
Plans to regenerate the ESK site when the store closes later this year are progressing to the next stage.
Validation of The Courtlands planning application
The application for outline planning permission was submitted on 3rd December 2019.

Public consultation event on October 7
There will be an opportunity to see the outline plans and provide feedback on the proposed redevelopment of the ESK site from 4pm to 8pm on Monday, October 7 at The Suncoast Church on Courtlands Road.
